Established as a not-for-profit organisation to offer a range of alternative residential services in Redbridge for people moving out of Claybury and Goodmayes Psychiatric Hospitals. Over the next few years, we also started to manage care homes and supported living services.

The beginning of a partnership between Vibrance and MOAT Housing Group to develop eight residential services for adults with a learning disability, over a two year period.

Our first community day service was opened in Redbridge.

Our Outreach service had become established and we started providing a Brokerage service too.

We began a major new contract to provide day services at the William Brinson Centre in Tower Hamlets, which has now become our Blue Skies Project.

Our Outreach team extended into Waltham Forest and Newham.

We opened our Waltham Forest community day service, extended our services in Newham, and took over the management of Green Lodge – a short-break nursing home for adults with a learning disability in Redbridge.
